Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Amanda Seagraves Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We use all professional packing materials to make sure your artwork gets to you safely wherever in the world you may live. 
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and provide pictures of damaged packaging to file a claim with the shipment carrier. See our refund and returns policy for any additional info.

Refund & Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Refunds and returns are accepted for 14 days after the day of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received the painting, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When shipping a painting back, use a trackable shipping service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned artwork and approved your refund.

After your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days.

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and provide pictures of damaged packaging and artwork to be eligible for a refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Commissioned paintings

Commissioned paintings cannot be refunded.

We only replace custom paintings if they arrive defective or damaged. Please send an email to [email protected] providing pictures of damaged packaging and artwork to be eligible for a refund.
